At Online Station, we initiated RPA (Robotic Process Automation) in response to the challenge of rapidly growing YouTube content for our affiliated channels within a short timeframe, while aiming for fast and sustainable results. With limited resources, we implemented RPA to optimize the channels using an analytical model for optimization and automation for execution. As a result, we were able to reduce manual workload, minimize human errors, enhance SEO accuracy, and ultimately increase views, subscribers, and ad breaks.
